Biography

Andy Miller, Ph.D., serves as the vice president for strategic enrollment and partnerships at Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU). In this role, he oversees the enrollment and related technology and operational teams supporting online and regional students. IWU enrolls more than 10,000 learners in a range of certificate, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees offered online or at regional centers across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.

In support of enrollment, Andy oversees the development of educational and strategic partnerships with various organizations in the Midwest and nationally. These partnerships provide training and degree pathways to support learners, alternative learning models, and workforce needs. Partnerships include healthcare, community college, corporate, civic, workforce development, flight training, military, higher education, and non-profit organizations.

Andy holds a Ph.D. in higher education from Azusa Pacific University (Azusa, CA) and master’s degrees in business and ministry from Southeastern University (Lakeland, FL).
