Julie Straub

Biography

Julie Straub, a seasoned education leader with over 25 years of experience, currently is senior executive director of the Division of Professional Studies at Butler University. In this role, she strategically guides the development and execution of online, graduate, and professional education. As the catalyst behind Butler University’s new unifying Butler+ brand, Julie leads initiatives that execute innovative models and pathways that extend access to the university. With a wealth of experience in both public and private institutions, as well as consulting roles, she has excelled in diverse settings, contributing to the establishment of mission-driven, entrepreneurial organizations. Her expertise spans online learning, digital credentials, workforce partnerships (work+), competency-based education, and innovation through the future of work.
