Rachel Bonner

Biography
Ms. Bonner has worked in both academic and corporate settings with high potential executives. Serving as Talent Lead for US Pharmaceuticals at GSK, a $23 billion global pharma company based in the U.K., Ms. Bonner is a key member of the US Commercial HR Leadership team and has accountability for leading the talent strategy across all business units – Vaccines, Oncology, Specialty, Anti-Infectives and Respiratory as well as Market Access. She is thought partner, strategic advisor, and talent expert- and adapts and executes the people plan across US Commercial with a focus on succession planning and people development across the enterprise. She is responsible for implementing the global talent agenda within the US business and oversees the strategic movement of talent into and out of the US organization. In addition, she leads the early and emerging talent agenda including the legacy undergraduate and MBA rotational programs as well as the newly launched commercial development program and all emerging talent initiatives.
Prior to GSK, Ms. Bonner led Marketing & Admissions at the Business School at Villanova University and served as Assistant Dean of Strategic Initiatives at the School of Law at Villanova and worked in US and international admissions and recruitment for both Graduate and Undergraduate programs at Temple University. Ms. Bonner holds an undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.
