Biography

Robert Atkins is CEO of Gray Decision Intelligence. Bob led Gray’s entry into the education industry and the development of Gray’s proprietary Program Evaluation Systems. He has worked directly with many of Gray’s education clients, consulting with CEOs and CMOs on academic program portfolio strategy, pricing, location selection, and curricular efficiency. He is the author of Start, Stop, or Grow: A Data-Informed Approach to Program Evaluation and Management.
