Biography

For the past decade, Sacha Litman has been a Partner in BCG’s (Boston Consulting Group) Education, Employment, and Workforce Practice, and in McKinsey & Company’s Education and Public Sector Practice. For the prior decade, he founded and led Measuring Success.

Sacha supports employers, higher education, and states on building education-employer partnerships that close talent supply-demand gaps. He has leveraged these partnerships to aid higher education turnaround enrollment, employers improve employee retention and productivity, and states attract and retain talent.

Sacha is also an expert and pioneer in building advanced analytics and pricing tools and software whose applications have included increasing enrollment, measuring education-workforce ROI, designing outcomes-aligned student financing, optimizing financial aid, and improving employee retention and productivity.

Sacha earned a B.S. from Yale University in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa; an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with distinction; an M.P.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School; and is currently working toward certificates in advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning from MIT and Columbia University.
